Release forms
Every participant needs a release form on file before game play. Sign online before you arrive to speed up check-in.
Before you play
Paintball is one of the safest games you can play (see this safety report). Even so, Outlaw Paintball requires all participants to have a release form on file before game play.
To speed up your check-in, fill out a release form for every single person in your group. Minors must have their forms signed by a parent or legal guardian. Everyone must have a release form, no exceptions.
Prefer paper? Download, print, and fill out the printable release form and bring it with you.
